Description Tom Speaks is the principal and co-founder of The Impact Group, a PR firm in Hudson, Ohio. A graduate of Ohio University with a Masters' from the University of Akron in Political Science and International Relations, Tom has a keen interest in military history. He is a resident of Hudson and a member of the Hudson Economic Development Committee. He specializes in executive leadership, corporate and government communications, research measurement techniques, communications training, political strategy, and crisis communications. Tom will be speaking about the historical foundations of Russia and Ukraine--a most timely topic given our current world politics.
