The interesting story of obstruction of justice by the powerful and prominent figure, Judge Van Rensselaer Humphrey, in the mid-1830s, who built and lived in a house on North Main Street . He was born in Goshen, Connecticut, married and moved into Hudson in 1821 with a law practice of Humphrey, Humphrey & Whedon.
Became a legislator and ran into difficulties with Freedom of the Press. Produced in 1999.
